In 1967, Panzer Glass began its journey as Süllü Kardeşler Kollektif Şirketi in Ereğli, Konya, focusing on the trade of iron and steel products as well as construction materials.

In 1976, the company expanded to Istanbul, opening a branch in the Karaköy Thursday Market. By 1986, as part of its growth strategy, Süllü Kardeşler increased its operational capacity in Istanbul/Pendik, acquiring an 8,000 m² facility to meet rising commercial demands and enhance its market presence.

In 2004, the company ventured into glass importation under the name Süllü Glass Demir Ltd. Şti., bringing in glass from multiple countries worldwide.

In 2014, Süllü Glass Ltd. Şti. expanded further by acquiring Panzer Glass/Technological Glass Industry and Trade Inc., located in Düzce, marking a significant shift as the company began processing glass in addition to importing it.

Panzer Glass-Technological Glass Industry and Trade Inc. now operates in various sectors, producing double-glazed facade glass, security glass (tempered and laminated), edge-processed glass, and bulletproof glass, serving both domestic and international markets.
